The Swift Leveller Max is built for demanding installations where difficult terrain, high voids or sharply changing ground levels require a stronger and more flexible foundation solution.
The Swift Leveller Max is built for difficult access areas and higher void levelling, and it must be concreted in for secure long-term support. Follow the sequence below to position, fix, and fine-tune the installation on site.
Clear and prepare the area, then put the base frame at the estimated height using packers.
Mark the frame at equal intervals using the plates as a guide so you can identify the correct positions for the holes.
Using the markings as your guide, dig holes into the ground to a depth of at least 350mm.
Position the Swift levelling device into the hole and screw the plate to the frame.
Ensure the bases are straight and level, then set them in place with concrete for secure, permanent support.
Once the concrete has set, adjust each nut so the frame reaches the required height, then check with a spirit level and fine-tune as needed.
